G. Lee FitzGerald, President and CEO of Venture Out, a San Francisco based private investment firm, began his professional career in 1983 as an associate with the Boston law firm of Csaplar & Bok. In the late 1980s he joined Venture Out as Vice President for corporate development. He became President in 1987 serving in that capacity to the present.
Nonie Greene is Senior Vice-President of Marketing and co-owner of Greene Companies, Inc., a family-owned real estate and property management firm specializing in office/commercial and industrial properties.
Jerry L. Vallery is currently CEO of GlobalCom Capital Corporation, an investment firm specializing in exchange-traded derivatives. Prior to that, Mr. Vallery was a senior executive with Fortune 500 information technology companies. In the San Francisco Bay Area, Mr. Vallery is Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Pacific School of Religion, a trustee of the Glide Foundation and past-Chairman of the Board, Goodwill Industries Inc. for San Francisco, Marin, and San Mateo Counties.

Dana Curtis, co-founder of RockRose Institute, is a lawyer and mediator. She has designed and taught hundreds of courses about mediation and communicating in conflict, including at Stanford Law School, for over twenty years, and has written on mediation, empathy and forgiveness. She has been acknowledged as one of the Top 50 Neutrals in California.
Justine Durrell, co-founder of RockRose Institute, litigates cutting-edge cases in the areas of sexual torts, toxic torts (including mold cases), biotechnology torts and insurance bad faith. She is a former board member of the San Francisco Trial Lawyers Association and former chair of its Women’s Caucus. Justine writes in the area of biotechnology and the law.
Maja Ramsey, co-founder of RockRose Institute, mediator and teacher of conflict resolution, was the President of the San Francisco Trial Lawyers Association and selected by TIME Magazine as one of America’s Top 10 women lawyers. Maja also teaches conflict and collaborative communication skills working with horses.
Rebecca Westerfield, co-founder of RockRose Institute, former judge; founding member of JAMS (Judicial Arbitration and Mediation Services), Mediator of the Year by the San Francisco Trial Lawyers Association; consistently recognized as one of the top mediators in California and the U.S. She has also presented trainings in mediation and negotiation skills development in a number of venues in the U.S. and abroad.
